Revised Art Call For Hunters Green

It is time to change the art at Hunter's Green Country Club in New Tampa. If you are interested in being considered to display your artwork at this wonderful venue attached is the Call to Artists. 

We will be changing out the artwork on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Those who are currently displaying their artwork should plan to pick up on that date and time. Also, if you are selected to display that will be the date to drop off your artwork.  

If you are interested in being considered to display your artwork at this wonderful venue, please upload your jpegs to Photobucket (instructions attached) by July 31st and send your application to Virginia Butler at ginpaint@verizon.net. The management of HG will then select the paintings/artwork and you will be notified by August 10th of your acceptance. 

  

The fee for participation is $10 for up to 5 submissions and is payable when you deliver your artwork on the 17th. 


Detailed instructions were emailed to each member on July 13 from Carol Northington. 


Important Notice: Due to a lack of submissions, the current exhibition has been extended until October when we will send out a new art call.Once again, we are attempting to change the art at Hunter’s Green Country Club in New Tampa. Our current exhibit was extended to October and has been up since March 9, 2015. Hopefully, we can get enough artwork for another great exhibition. We will be changing out the artwork on Monday October 12, 2015 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Those artists who are currently displaying their artwork should plan to pick up on that day in the morning. 

Several artists have sold paintings/photographs at this venue. If you are interested in being considered to display your artwork at this wonderful venue, please upload your jpegs to Photobucket (instructions attached) by October 2nd   and send your application to Virginia Butler at ginpaint@verizon.net. The management of HG will then select the paintings/artwork and you will be notified by October 7th of your acceptance. 

The fee for participation is $10 for up to 5 submissions and is payable when you deliver your artwork on the 12th. An email was sent to all members on September 10 with details. Artwork must be at least 16X20 or a grouping that will at least be that size. All artwork should be wired and ready to hang. All artwork will be on display for sale from October 12, 2015 through April, 2016.
