Carrollwood Players seeks Visual Artists

Carrollwood Players, Tampa Bay's oldest community theater group, is seeking to promote visual artists in our lobby with works that are themed to each of our upcoming productions. All works would be available for sale, with the request that 10% of any sales made as a result of this display be donated to Carrollwood Players. There is no additional fee for artists to be featured in our lobby. All works must be original and ready for hanging. Please send photos of all submissions to before each show deadline. The deadlines for submission, display dates and themes are as follows:

  • On Golden Pond - theme: sunsets, lakes, multigenerational families - deadline for submission January 4, display January 9 to January 31
  • Sherlock Holmes and The Case of the Jersey Lily - theme: Sherlock Holmes, London, mystery, detectives - deadline for submission February 8, display February 13 to March 7
  • Looking - theme: dating, relationships, single life - deadline for submission March 14, display March 20 to April 4
  • Breaking Legs - theme: Italy, mafia, large families - deadline for submission April 11, display April 17 to May 9
  • Five Women Wearing The Same Dress - theme: bridesmaids, weddings, women's issues - deadline for submission May 30, display June 5 to June 27
  • The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 - theme: 1940s, murder mystery, old time Hollywood - deadline for submission July 3, display July 10 to August 1
